Content Marketing Specialist

What will you do?

• Develop and optimize content strategy


• Create high\-quality content (e.g. articles, web pages, cases, newsletters, brochures)


• Interview colleagues and customers


• Manage and execute the content calendar across channels


• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging


• Repurpose content across web, social (LinkedIn) and email


• Own content performance and improve based on insights and analytics


• Coordinate tradeshows and events with our international offices


• Develop your skills in video content creation

• a purely creative / design\-focused position


• a social media management role without content depth


• an entry\-level marketing position

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content creation in complex B2B


• Bachelor’s or Master’s level, preferably in marketing, communication or journalism


• Strong English \& Dutch writer


• Able to translate complex or technical topics into clear, structured content


• Experienced in writing for a technical B2B audience


• Comfortable working with engineers and subject matter experts


• Structured and able to manage content planning independently


• Familiar with digital channels and content\-driven visibility (WordPress/GEO/SEO basics)


• Proactive, ownership\-driven


• Interested in the maritime environment
