Are you passionate about storytelling, content strategy and creating communications that genuinely connect with people?

We're looking for a talented Content Manager to join our London HQ and help shape the voice of one of the UK's most recognised estate agency brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking and enjoys working across a variety of channels, from marketing campaigns and website content to internal communications, training materials and franchise support.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead content planning and strategy across the business

  • Create and refine engaging, high\-quality content

  • Work with AI and workflow tools to enhance productivity and collaboration

  • Partner with colleagues across HQ, franchisees and external agencies

  • Support SEO, digital performance and content optimisation

  • Help shape the future direction of content across the Winkworth network

\-London\-based
\-Hybrid working (minimum 4 days per week in the office)
\-£40,000–£45,000 depending on experience
We're looking for an exceptional writer, editor and content strategist who can bring ideas to life while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
