Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage the Content department, aligning team priorities with broader business strategy and ensuring clear ownership across content, social, design, and CMS functions.

  • Define and enforce KPIs, goals, and accountability frameworks for both individual contributors and the wider team to ensure performance excellence.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining full visibility over workloads, priorities, and delivery timelines across multiple creative streams.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing improvements to optimize workflows and team output.

  • Drive people management processes including performance reviews, feedback cycles, coaching, development plans, and career progression.

  • Support organizational structuring activities such as hiring, onboarding, team adjustments, and offboarding when required.

  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration by representing the Content team in company-wide planning, decision-making, and alignment discussions.

  • Monitor performance data and team feedback to continuously refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.

Requirements


  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in team leadership, people management, or department management roles.

  • Background in content, marketing, social media, design, or creative-driven environments with understanding of CMS and content production workflows.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and operational streams simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to lead performance management processes, including feedback delivery, evaluations, and team development.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to balance empathy, structure, and decisiveness in managing people and team performance.

  • Experience in fast-paced digital or product-driven environments is highly desirable.

  • Prior exposure to the iGaming industry is a plus.
