About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on operational support for content management processes within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing and promotional content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain content within Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring compliance with
- industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Support content creation and publishing processes using web\-based applications for
- marketing and promotional materials.
- Handle and prioritize incoming requests through Jira, ensuring timely resolution and clear
- communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams following Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning and
- daily stand\-ups.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and campaigns for Animal Health products.
- Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Life/Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications,
- Information Technology or related areas
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry is required.
- Mandatory: Hands\-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing workflows.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Jira and agile project management tools.
- Working knowledge of Scrum methodology.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
