Content Creator (TikTok / Reels) – Shrimp & Co

We’re looking for fun, confident, energetic content creators to help create short\-form content for Shrimp \& Co.

This is NOT a corporate videography role.

We want creators who understand TikTok culture, trends, hooks, humour, fast\-paced content, and how to make videos feel natural, entertaining, and scroll\-stopping.

You’ll be filming inside our restaurants creating Reels/TikToks that feel authentic and engaging. You will sometimes appear on camera yourself and ]act as part of the “staff” in the content.

You do not need a following.You do not need professional cinema equipment.An iPhone with good quality filming is absolutely fine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shooting TikTok/Reels style content inside Shrimp \& Co Creating fun, trend\-based food content


• Filming skits, trending audios, staff\-style videos, customer interactions, and behind\-the\-scenes moments


• Basic editing where needed (TikTok\-style cuts/captions)


• Bringing creative content ideas to shoots Helping create content that feels natural, funny, entertaining, and high energy

What We’re Looking For:

• Bubbly, lively, outgoing personality Comfortable on camera


• Understands TikTok/Reels trends Comfortable filming in busy restaurant environments


• Able to create content quickly and naturally


• Creative mindset with strong attention hooks


• Comfortable approaching people/customers when filming


• Reliable and easy to work with

Requirements

• Own filming equipment (iPhone is fine) \& Laptop for editing if you need it.


• Must be based near Leicester Shrimp \& Co branch


• Available on a flexible/per\-shoot basis


• Basic editing ability preferred
