Junior Content Creator \& Brand Executive
Location : Manchester (Office\-Based)
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience \+ bens
We’re are working with an amazing business who have a exciting portfolio of fast\-growing menswear brands to help them hire a Junior Content Creator \& Brand Executive .
This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, social\-first individual , with a passion for street level menswear , lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, and wants to build a long\-term career in fashion, brand, and content marketing.
This is a hands\-on, content\-first position where the successful content creator will be responsible for bringing multiple menswear brands to life across social platforms.
Duties
Planning, filming, editing and publishing engaging short\-form content (TikTok, Reels)
Creating both video and static content tailored to different brand identities
Staying ahead of trends and reactive content opportunities
Supporting with campaigns, product drops and brand launches
Helping shape the look, tone and voice of each brand online
Managing content calendars and posting schedules
Developing creative ideas and pitching content concepts
Working with influencers and UGC creators (outreach, briefs, coordination)
Supporting community engagement and organic growth
Tracking what performs well and optimising future content
The list of "must haves" to be shortlisted :
We'll be looking at a second jobber whose got a proven experience creating content for TikTok / Instagram Reels for a fashion business
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
A portfolio showcasing content you’ve personally filmed and edited
A real passion for menswear, fashion and social culture
Confident, proactive and comfortable being behind or in front of the camera
First class communication skills and team player
Commutable to Manchester daily and eligible to work in the UK
