Content & Brand Manager – Videography & Social Media

Altum is looking for a creative and ambitious Content \& Brand Manager to take ownership of our social media, content creation and growing brand presence.

This is a hands\-on creative role with videography at its core. You’ll be out on location capturing our projects, installations, team and customers, then turning that footage into high\-quality, engaging content across our social platforms and wider marketing.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than simply post on social media. We want someone with ideas – someone who understands what makes great content, has a strong eye for branding and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the creative direction of a growing company.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Filming and photographing projects, installations, customers and behind\-the\-scenes activity


• Editing professional and engaging video content, including short\-form social content


• Managing Altum’s social media channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn


• Planning and managing a consistent content calendar


• Developing creative concepts and identifying new content opportunities


• Maintaining a consistent look, feel and tone across the Altum brand


• Creating content for social media, our website, campaigns, case studies and recruitment


• Working with the wider team to plan content around upcoming projects and company milestones


• Monitoring content performance and using insights to improve future content


• Keeping up with relevant social media and content trends


• Supporting the wider development of Altum’s brand and marketing strategy

We’re looking for someone who is creative, confident and proactive, with the ability to take an idea from concept through to filming, editing and publishing.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong videography and video\-editing skills


• Experience creating high\-quality social media content


• A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn


• Photography and image\-editing skills


• A strong eye for branding, composition and visual storytelling


• Experience using video\-editing and content creation software


• Excellent organisation and communication skills


• The confidence to work independently and manage your own workload


• A proactive approach and willingness to bring your own ideas to the role


• A portfolio or examples of previous content/video work

The role will initially be remote\-based, alongside regular travel to Altum projects and sites to capture content.

We are also in the process of moving into a new Cardiff location, which will become part of the working environment once confirmed.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling regularly to different locations for filming.
