Looking to gain unique experience in a global beauty company while working with iconic beauty brands? The Consumer Insights \& Trends Project Assistant internship at Coty will allow you to dive into the exciting world of consumer research and innovation.
DIRECT REPORT
The internship responsibilities will be split between the Luxury Global Trends \& Prospective department and the Luxury Global Fragrance Insights \& Strategy department. You will therefore report to the Directors of both departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our CONSUMER INSIGHTS \& TRENDS PROJECT ASSISTANT, you will collaborate with international teams across Marketing, Trade, Media and R\&D to support both daily operations and strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
- Contributing to cross\-functional projects by exploring \& building meaningful stories based on consumer knowledge, including insights from the humanities, such as semiology and sociology, as well as quantitative data.
- Assisting the Global Trends \& Prospective Director with trends deployment and engagement across the three beauty categories: fragrance, makeup and skincare.
- Leading your own project to educate and engage a company\-wide audience on a trending topic.
- Assisting CMI managers in addressing Global Marketing research needs by supporting consumer research studies like development of the questionnaires and discussion guides with research partners; providing appropriate test materials; and contributing to relevant syntheses and recommendations.
- Building and maintaining databases and KPI reporting systems.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
