<p>Our Pricing and Market Access (P&amp;MA) practice integrates strategic consulting with deep industry knowledge to optimize both launch and long-term pricing strategies. The P&amp;MA practice supports pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech clients by bridging product goals with market-specific evidence requirements, payer expectations, and competitive threats, ensuring successful commercialization globally.</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manages anywhere from 2 to upwards of 5 projects of varying complexity at a time depending on experience in the role.</li>
<li>Lead a broad range of typical ClearView P&amp;MA project types and should be able to support any situation and help instill order and structure to a project situation even if unfamiliar project type or content area.</li>
<li>Exhibits exceptional project management skills including raising issues to leadership early, designing impactful internal and external agendas and avoiding 'fire drills' with teams.</li>
<li>Elevates quality, clarity and simplicity of team output with early and clear direction, hypothesis-based thinking, simplification of storylines, impact of visuals and pithiness of writing.</li>
<li>Proactively collaborates with leadership such as engaging for thought partnership early, raising potential 'red flags' regarding client or team experience and around team performance.</li>
<li>Consistently creates positive experience for teams.</li>
<li>Invests in mentorship within and outside of the project setting and commitment to high-quality coaching.</li>
<li>Becomes a standard bearer of ClearView values.</li>
<li>Demonstrates impact to firm growth even outside of project delivery through internal initiatives and coaching/mentorship.</li>
<li>Consistently and independently drives high impact client meetings by challenging client thinking, leaning into hard questions and adding value on top of the team.</li>
<li>Highly trusted by leadership and perceived eventually in role as nearly a peer.</li>
<li>Develops and grows strong client relationships resulting in some account alignment and client 'stickiness' (e.g., clients request to work with you).</li>
<li>Perceived as a strong role model in the organization (e.g. helping others navigate various challenges in the client setting as well as within ClearView).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with a science, engineering or business major is required; advanced degree such as a master’s in science, healthcare, business administration (MBA) or PhD is preferred.</li>
<li>5 to 7 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting.</li>
<li>Project leadership within the areas of P&amp;MA such as market access, reimbursement &amp; pricing, value &amp; evidence and diligence support.</li>
<li>Thought leader with a breadth of experience across P&amp;MA project types, expertise in P&amp;MA dynamics &amp; future trends, leverages a robust network of P&amp;MA stakeholders and has exhibited P&amp;MA strategic excellence across both the US and Global markets.</li>
<li>Experience working cross functionally and bringing together various client teams.</li>
<li>Track record of managing simultaneous client projects and corresponding teams is required.</li>
<li>Exceptionally strong at problem solving.</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills that reflect significant experience in client-facing situations.</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership skills.</li>
<li>Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems.</li>
<li>Ability to work in the London office at least 40% of the time.</li>
