About the job
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant Banking at Synpulse in Geneva, you work at the forefront of transformation in the Swiss financial services industry. You support leading banks in solving complex strategic, operational, and technology\-driven challenges – from initial concept to successful implementation.
You collaborate closely with clients to analyse business problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive measurable impact. Depending on your experience, you take ownership of specific workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to delivering high\-quality results in dynamic project environments.
In addition, you play an active role within Synpulse by contributing to internal initiatives, supporting business development activities, and helping to shape our growing presence in the Geneva market.
