Consultant Medior - Finance - KYC - Fatca (Ref : 386)

For one of our clients in the financial sector, located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, we are seeking a consultant with expertise in Finance, AML, and FATCA.

Mission:

Support to the core team on the tax documentation review of existing clients. The role include the review of the existing documentation, client status, KYC documentation to enable an educated reasonableness check based on the internal approach.

Proper documentation and monitoring of open items is key, as well as preparation for consolidated reporting.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Reassess all active clients allocated to institutions in scope of the reassessment:

• Check Tax system entries for selected client


• Retrieve (KYC and Tax) documentation x\-entities from the electronic archive


• Assess correct certification status as per FATCA/CRS \& KYC docs


• Document, address \& align amendments where applicable


• Approach client/ client facing teams for clarification with the client where applicable


• Monitor and reassess client submissions/ internal discussions


• Archive documentation in electronic archive

Your Profile

• Knowledge of FATCA/CRS certification and review process


• Experience with KYC documentation


• Administration experience, AML/KYC documentation experience is a strong advantage


• Competent in handling of MS\-Office applications in particular Excel


• Proficiency in written and oral English


• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail


• Detail\-oriented and strong sense of accuracy


• Good communication skills with ability to work independently as well as in a team in an international environment


• At least : 2 years of experience
