Consultancy and Training Development Business Partner
As our Consultancy \& Training Development Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting and leading on how the company responds to increasing demand for its consultancy and training support offers, designing and developing these services and building the company’s portfolio of diagnostic and intervention tools. You will lead on the design and growth of innovative consultancy services focused on cultural openness and organisational change.
The Guardian Service is the leading independent provider of Freedom to Speak\-Up and open culture services within the UK and we are looking for a passionate individual to lead on our strategic consultancy and training development area of our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and grow GSL’s consultancy offer, creating impactful diagnostic, advisory and intervention tools
· Design and deliver Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) and culture\-focused consultancy and training programmes
· Collaborate with NHS stakeholders and lived experience contributors to create credible, practice\-based solutions
· Lead innovative learning design, using digital and AI\-enabled approaches to deliver engaging and personalised development
· Establish and evaluate programmes to demonstrate measurable impact, client value and sustained organisational change
· Build strong stakeholder relationships and enhance GSL’s reputation as a thought leader in speaking up and organisational culture
Key Requirements
· Significant experience developing and delivering consultancy or organisational development services, including shaping offers in response to client needs and market opportunities
· Proven expertise in learning design, training development or professional education, ideally linked to staff voice, psychological safety, and leadership behaviour
· Strong understanding of organisational culture change (preferably within healthcare) and the ability to translate this into practical consultancy and development solutions
· Experience of working with senior leaders, with a strong grasp of adult learning principles, behaviour change, and reflective practice
· Excellent facilitation, consultancy, and training delivery skills, with the ability to engage and influence at a senior level
· Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience developing client partnerships
· Ability to design and articulate high\-quality consultancy tools, training content, and client\-focused offers
· Experience in programme or project delivery, including service development
· Confident using digital tools and AI to enhance learning design in a creative, ethical, and effective way
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with credibility to advise and challenge senior leaders and clinicians
