Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, the Site Manager ensures efficient project delivery while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a positive safety and quality culture across sites. Key Responsibilities* Manage all on\-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification

• Lead subcontractors, direct labour, and site teams to maintain high standards


• Enforce health and safety procedures and company policies at all times


• Drive project progress, resolve on\-site challenges, and maintain programme adherence


• Chair daily briefings, site meetings, inspections, and quality checks


• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and external consultants


• Oversee materials management, deliveries, and site logistics


• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and progress updates

• Proven track record delivering residential or mixed\-use developments


• Experience working with a developer or main contractor


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and maintain standards


• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety


• Highly organised with strong communication and problem\-solving skills


• Construction\-related qualification preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant trade background)
