The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of their own desk within a high-performing, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients and candidates across the construction and/or industrial sectors, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for construction and industrial roles
- Winning new business and developing existing client accounts
- Advertising vacancies and managing job board activity
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements
- Achieving and exceeding individual targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
