Construction Project Coordinator & Estimator

Key Requirements:

• Irish Construction Context: 3\+ years of proven experience within the Irish construction, building materials, or closely related Irish contracting sector (essential).


• Local Compliance Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Irish building standards, compliance frameworks, and how they impact commercial sales in Ireland.


• Industry Communication: A strong comfort level interacting with Irish main contractors, developers, or builders' merchants, with the ability to quickly build rapport in the local market.


• Location \& Mobility: Must be currently residing in Ireland with a good understanding of the wider Irish construction market and the flexibility to operate from our Cork base.

Our company is growing fast. While we are primarily focused on exciting projects in the Cork area, we also operate nationwide. We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator \& Estimator to join our team on a permanent, hybrid\-remote basis.

This isn't a passive desk job. We need a self\-motivated go\-getter who can handle project admin from home, visit our sites, and actively chase down new project leads and client relationships.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in the Irish construction industry


• Strong background or solid understanding of Quantity Surveying (reading drawings, taking off quantities, managing RFQs)


• Commercial drive—someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, network, and source new work


• Full, clean Irish driving licence
