A highly regarded national legal practice is continuing to invest in and grow its Construction offering and we are now looking to speak with established Construction Partners with a strong following across Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.

This is a genuine lateral opportunity for Partners who have built a successful practice and are looking for a platform that can support the next stage of their growth.

The Construction team is already thriving, with an established national client base and a strong pipeline of work. The wider business also has considerable strength across Real Estate, Development, Dispute Resolution and other complementary areas, creating plenty of opportunity for cross-referral and collaboration.

The opportunity

The firm is open to both contentious and non-contentious Construction Partners, with particular interest in individuals who have:

• An established and transferable client following


• A strong reputation within the Construction market


• A proven track record of generating their own work


• A desire to continue growing their practice


• Strong client relationships across developers, contractors, funders, investors or other construction-sector businesses

This is not an opportunity to simply join an existing team and maintain the status quo.

The wider business has been going through a period of sustained growth and has continued to make strategic lateral hires across its key practice areas. The firm has a sizeable national platform while retaining a relatively entrepreneurial and commercially focused feel, giving Partners the infrastructure and support of a larger practice without necessarily the bureaucracy that can come with it.

There is also a strong built environment offering around the Construction team, with established Real Estate and Development practices and complementary contentious expertise.
