For our projects in the Frankfurt, Dresden area and other locations across Germany, you will take full responsibility as Construction Director (m/f/d) for the execution of complex EPC projects in the Data Center and high\-tech industries.

You will lead large site teams, manage all construction activities, and drive project success with both strategic vision and operational excellence.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for construction execution (EHS, cost, schedule, quality)

  • Leadership and management of the entire site organization

  • Planning of construction strategies, sequences, and schedules

  • Management of subcontractors as well as contract and risk management

  • Ensuring compliance with Exyte standards and EHS requirements

  • Reporting to senior management and coordination with internal interfaces

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Driving continuous improvement of construction processes and performance

Show your expertise
-----------------------
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

  • Extensive experience in EPC projects and large\-scale construction

  • Experience in Data Centers, Semiconductors, or similar industries is a plus

  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project execution

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German

  • Willingness to travel within Germany
