KEMMLIT is a world\-class international manufacturer of premium interior architectural solutions, specializing in bespoke cubicle systems, lockers, partitions, and technical cleanroom/laboratory fit\-outs. We help create beautiful, highly functional commercial spaces across the corporate, healthcare, and leisure sectors.
Due to massive project pipelines, we have a dynamic opening for a proactive Contracts Manager to join our expanding team in Dublin. This multifaceted role sits at the intersection of project delivery, technical coordination, and commercial management, giving you total ownership over the successful execution of technical fit\-out contracts.
The Role
You will coordinate specialist laboratory and cleanroom installations—acting as the central bridge between design, procurement, site crews, the estimations department, and external client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Oversee the full lifecycle of subcontractor and supplier agreements (onboarding, insurance verification, RAMS tracking, warranties, and document control).
- Technical Drawing Review: Critically review technical blueprints, layouts, and specifications to ensure seamless alignment with project scopes and eliminate on\-site coordination errors.
- Project Delivery: Monitor critical paths, project milestones, and material lead times to keep technical laboratory installations strictly on time and within budget.
- Commercial Growth: Act as a key liaison to our estimating team; build strong client rapport to organically identify project variations, upgrades, and opportunities for repeat business.
- Risk \& Budget Compliance: Track contractor performance, update internal cost trackers to flag budget overruns early, and enforce uncompromising Health \& Safety and CIF standards.
Qualifications \& Experience:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent technical field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in construction project coordination, contract administration, or commercial project support. *(Experience working with a tier\-1 major contractor or a premium interior fit\-out specialist is a distinct advantage).*
- Technical Skills: Absolute proficiency in reading/interpreting engineering drawings, technical schematics, and construction workflows.
- Languages: Fully fluent English communication skills are essential. Basic German language skills are a unique advantage due to our international manufacturing network.
- Mindset: Highly organized with strong commercial awareness, financial tracking capability, and an elegant problem\-solving mindset.
