• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.


• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our services and capabilities.


• Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse pipeline performance.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.


• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services and generate new leads.


• Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely follow\-up on potential opportunities.

• Proven experience in business development within the construction industry


• Demonstrable success in securing new business and expanding client portfolios.


• Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, alongside other CRM tools.


• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and industry standards.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans accordingly.


• Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable.
