Connectivity & Network Engineer

Your role
As a 6G Simulation and Research Consultant, you will support the analysis, modelling and validation of emerging 6G wireless communication concepts in close collaboration with customers and other technical stakeholders. You will translate advanced research into practical simulation studies, test scenarios, performance assessments and recommendations that help shape future network solutions.
The role requires a strong foundation in wireless communications, data science and simulation-led research, together with hands-on knowledge of AI-enabled optimisation. Experience in green communications, radio resource and energy optimisation, UAV communications, integrated communication and sensing, and advanced learning methods will be particularly valuable.
In this role you will play a key role in:
· Analyse of emerging 6G architectures, use cases and technology enablers, and convert research questions into clear simulation objectives and measurable performance indicators.
· Develop, configure and evaluate simulation scenarios using simulator platforms and complementary modelling or data-analysis tools.
· Design experiments for advanced wireless systems, including distributed and multi-cell networks, UAV-assisted communications, short-packet communications and integrated communications and sensing.
· Analyse simulation outputs, identify performance trade-offs and provide evidence-based recommendations to architects, researchers and engineering teams.
· Define test cases, assumptions, datasets, parameter sets and acceptance criteria, ensuring that simulation studies are reproducible and traceable.
Your profile
Master’s degree or PHD in Telecommunications, Electronics,
Minimum 2 years of experience in 6G research
Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and an active interest in 6G technologies, architectures and use cases.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English;
