Profile: Configuration Manager (Service Management, ITIL, Service Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow: may change over the time).
Securiy Clearance: Is required (security screening procedure must be initiated within first 45 days of assignment) \- CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL.
Place of performance: Remote.
Duration of the mission: 50 months.
Award criteria: 40% Price / 60% Quality.
Minimum level of education: Level 4\.
Minimum English language skills (CEFR): C1\.
Minimum IT relevant professional experience (years): 5 years.
Minimum experience at similar position (years): 2 years.
Rate: 319,42€/day NWH 558,99€/day EWH.
- NWH: 220days x3 years \+ 4 year 260days 4\.year.

Knowledge and skills
Knowledge:
- Excellent practical knowledge of IT Service Management, in particular Service Configuration Management.
- Practical experience customizing and describing Service Configuration Management practice to be followed by the organization.
- Practical experience implementing and managing CMDB.
- Practical knowledge and experience implementing and managing Service Configuration. Management and CMDB in ITSM solution.
- Well understanding of the management of the IT services across their lifecycle.
- Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.
- Excellent communication skills (in written and verbal communication).
- Very strong sense of responsibility.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Very good reporting skills.
- Supportive and helpful personality with co\-operative and service oriented attitude.

- CMDB Data Quality Ownership \- proven experience and examples of actions concluded.
- CI lifecycle and Governance Enforcement.
- Practical experience in the integration of CMDB with Change Enablement.
- Practical knowledge of Data Source Management and Automated discovery.
- Practical experience in creating and mapping Services and Dependencies.
- Proven experience in CMDB Reporting and Audit Support.
- Proven experience and knowledge of ServiceNOW Configuration Management and CMDB.
Service Configuration Management and CMDB Administration:
- Accountability for Service Configuration Management and CMDB.
- Defining, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving Service Configuration Management practices.
- Ensuring that the CMDB contains accurate, complete, and up\-to\-date information.
- Ensuring that service trees, service maps, and configuration relationships are maintained and updated.
- Ensuring that Service Configuration Management processes and CMDB structures are properly reflected within the ITSM solution.
- Setting up and reporting on Service Configuration Management and CMDB KPIs.
- Preparing required policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) supporting Service Configuration Management practices.
- Contributing to other ITIL practices and process improvement initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor.
