Conference and Banqueting Supervisor

A non\-exhaustive list of the key role responsibilities is detailed below:

· Provide confidentiality at all times.

· To undertake relevant training as directed by their Line Manager.

· The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience.

· To lead teams where required to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel’s Food \& Beverage Department

· Increase revenue through additional sales techniques and knowledge of the hotel’s services and special events

· Ensure consistently excellent guest service within the Banqueting department

· Apply the procedures for opening and closing the departmental areas

· Ensure equipment remains in good condition and that the relevant store rooms are presentable in line with Health and Safety requirements

· To undertake and assist in delivering relevant training as directed by their Line Manager

· To ensure stock delivery procedures are followed and that delivery notes are amended where product does not match the delivery note

· Promote a positive working culture, inclusive of team development, staff engagement, support and equality within the workplace in accordance with Last Drop values

· The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience.

· Assist in providing induction training for new team members in line with established standards

· To ensure compliance with the Last Drop Village Hotel’s Health and Safety policies, and actively promote a safe and healthy workplace

Pay: £13\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16\.0 per week
