Join our team.</em></p></div><p>Barbaricum is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst II to support the analysis, administration, and optimization of enterprise information technology systems and infrastructure for Department of Defense (DoD) mission and training environments. The selected candidate will provide technical expertise in systems administration, infrastructure monitoring, virtualization technologies, and IT operations across physical, virtual, and cloud-based environments.</p>
<p>The Computer Systems Analyst II will analyze system performance, support infrastructure modernization initiatives, and assist with maintaining secure and reliable computing environments. The successful candidate will work closely with network, systems, and cybersecurity teams to support mission-critical operations, multidomain training activities, and organizational technology objectives.</p>

<li data-section-id="v0cwv" data-start="82" data-end="221">Analyze, maintain, and optimize computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT environments supporting mission and training operations.</li>
<li data-section-id="113yo1z" data-start="222" data-end="376">Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems, servers, and enterprise applications across physical, virtual, and cloud-based environments.</li>
<li data-section-id="x9p65" data-start="377" data-end="526">Monitor system and infrastructure performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.</li>
<li data-section-id="12wqnpu" data-start="527" data-end="656">Support virtualization technologies, including VMware, KVM, and Xen, to maintain scalable and resilient computing environments.</li>
<li data-section-id="1hjkik5" data-start="657" data-end="803">Analyze system requirements, configurations, and performance metrics to recommend improvements and support infrastructure modernization efforts.</li>
<li data-section-id="wya4ad" data-start="804" data-end="906">Assist with system deployments, upgrades, patch management, and configuration management activities.</li>
<li data-section-id="1uzvqus" data-start="907" data-end="1023">Evaluate system security posture and support vulnerability identification, mitigation, and compliance initiatives.</li>
<li data-section-id="dv8o0g" data-start="1024" data-end="1148">Develop and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, configuration baselines, and standard operating procedures.</li>
<li data-section-id="15y5fga" data-start="1149" data-end="1273">Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to support technology integration and mission requirements.</li>
<li data-section-id="lkmonl" data-start="1274" data-end="1405">Ensure compliance with organizational policies, cybersecurity standards, and applicable Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.</li>

<p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li> Active DoD Secret Clearance</li>
<li>Associates degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.</li>
<li> Minimum 1yr of experience on computer systems and working with Informational Technology and networking.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with Windows enterprise and Linux server / operating systems engineering, and administration with knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with cloud, physical, and virtual network architect, engineering, and infrastructure monitoring.</li>
<li> Expertise with hypervisors such as VMware, KVM, and Xen.</li>
</ul>
