Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced Product Compliance Manager and are looking

The Role:

• Developing, implementing, and updating company compliance

policies and procedures for product compliance

• Overseeing a team member to assist in the compliance department


• Conducting ethical audits of factories to ensure standards


• Liaising with factories to resolve noncompliance issues


• Developing and implementing a regular programme to track

auditing

• Helping the company establish and maintain chain of custody for

FSC, GRS Recycled Product, and GOTS certifications

• Ensuring all products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory

requirements

• Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining relationships

to ensure compliance and awareness of new developments

• Assisting in the setup and implementation of regulatory

standards

• Developing and implementing procedures and practices to comply

with these standards.

• Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities, audits,

and investigations.

• Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible

for regulatory inspections

About You:

• Experience in a similar Product Compliance role


• Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Team player
