Compliance Manager
We are looking for a Compliance Manager to strengthen advisory capabilities within the field of Integrity \& Risk. In this role, you support organizations in navigating complex regulatory environments, embedding strong compliance structures, and driving ethical business conduct across operations.
You will work at the intersection of regulation, governance, and organizational behavior—translating legal and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions that improve resilience and compliance maturity.

- Advise clients on compliance and integrity topics, integrating regulatory requirements with organizational culture and behavior
- Design, implement, and enhance compliance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and governance models
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs to embed compliance culture
- Translate evolving legislation and regulatory frameworks into actionable client solutions
- Identify compliance gaps and lead remediation and improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements with competing priorities and deadlines
- Build and maintain long\-term client relationships at senior stakeholder level
- Collaborate with forensic, risk, legal, and advisory specialists across engagements
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities within client accounts
- Monitor regulatory, technological, and risk developments and translate them into client impact
Dit breng je mee
- Minimum 6\+ years of experience in compliance, integrity, or risk advisory roles
- Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Criminology, Economics, or Accounting
- Strong expertise in ABC, TPRM, ESG, antitrust/competition law, and EU regulatory frameworks (DORA, DSA, DMA, MiFID II, etc.)
- Proven experience managing complex, multi\-stakeholder projects in advisory environments
- Strong client\-facing and relationship management skills
- Consultancy or advisory background strongly preferred
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level required)
- Commercially aware, proactive, and solution\-oriented mindset

You will join a multidisciplinary Integrity \& Risk Advisory team focused on helping organizations manage compliance risk, strengthen governance frameworks, and prevent misconduct such as fraud, corruption, and third\-party risk exposure.
The team brings together professionals with backgrounds in law, economics, criminology, psychology, and business. Engagements span sectors including financial services, technology, energy, and (semi\-)public organizations.
Work typically combines advisory services, implementation support, and training activities, with a strong emphasis on regulatory transformation and compliance effectiveness.
