Compliance Manager
The Position

Are you passionate about advancing compliance excellence in a global healthcare environment? Join our Human Pharma Compliance team and be a strategic business partner to Human Pharma stakeholders. You will contribute to key global compliance initiatives, help shape the evolution of Boehringer Ingelheim’s healthcare compliance framework, and play an important role in steering our global Transparency Reporting \& Disclosure framework. Through your work, you will help strengthen integrity and transparency while supporting sustainable business success across our global organization.
This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2\-3 days per week on site.
This position is limited for 1 year.
This position is part time eligible with 80%.
Tasks \& responsibilities

- As a strategic business partner, you will provide both strategic and operational compliance guidance to Human Pharma stakeholders. By understanding business priorities and assessing compliance considerations, you will help stakeholders navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions, and develop practical, risk\-based solutions that enable sustainable business success.
- You will play a key role in operating and continuously evolving our global Transparency Reporting \& Disclosure framework and other Human Pharma Compliance initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across functions and countries to enhance transparency, strengthen compliance processes, and support consistent implementation across our global organization.
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of global Compliance Program elements, including policies, guidelines, training initiatives, monitoring activities, investigations, and risk assessments, in line with the overall compliance strategy.
- Working closely with Corporate Human Pharma colleagues and the global compliance network across countries, you will foster collaboration, share best practices, and help drive a consistent, risk\-based, and effective compliance approach throughout the organization.

- Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with several years of healthcare compliance experience in an international, cross\-border environment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and industry standards, coupled with proven experience in compliance program management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and sound judgment, with the ability to analyze complex situations, balance compliance requirements with business objectives, and develop pragmatic, risk\-based solutions in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills, with a track record of delivering high\-quality outcomes in complex situations.
- Proven experience leading projects and influencing cross\-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment, including coordinating teams and driving results without direct reporting authority.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships across functions, regions, and global compliance networks, driving alignment and shared solutions in a matrix environment.
- Business fluent English language skills. Fluent German language skills are a plus, as well as international working experience.
