Compliance Consultant (Contract): GDPR and Anti-Bribery Health Check

Join us as a Compliance Consultant on a contract basis to lead critical health checks focused on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Anti\-Bribery compliance for a large global client. In this role, you will assess and enhance our clients’ compliance frameworks, ensuring they meet rigorous legal standards and best practices. Your expertise will drive transparency, integrity, and risk mitigation across organizational processes, empowering clients to operate confidently within complex regulatory landscapes. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive GDPR and Anti\-Bribery health check workshops to evaluate existing policies, procedures, and controls.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in data protection practices and anti\-bribery measures.
- Develop clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen compliance posture and reduce risk exposure.
- Collaborate with client teams to facilitate understanding of regulatory requirements and support implementation of best practices.
- Document findings thoroughly, including detailed reports that highlight key risks and remediation strategies.
- Support clients in preparing for regulatory audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.
- Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of evolving GDPR regulations and anti\-bribery laws to provide expert guidance.
- Proven experience in compliance auditing, quality assurance, or related roles with a focus on GDPR and/or anti\-bribery frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws, anti\-bribery legislation, and related regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify compliance gaps through detailed assessments.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate complex compliance issues to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple client engagements effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Relevant certifications or training in GDPR, anti\-bribery compliance, or quality assurance are highly desirable.
This is a fixed term contract role with the potential to extend to a further period on completion of the work.
Pay: £350\.00\-£450\.00 per day
