Complex Healthcare Assistant in East Malling!

Superior Healthcare is recruiting Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person‑centered care to a client who thrives on engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction. She benefits from carers who are warm, confident, and energetic, and who can build a trusting, supportive relationship.

She lives in East Malling with her family (parents and older siblings)

Shift Pattern\- nights

Monday 19\.00pm\-06\.00am

Tuesday 19\.00pm\-06\.00am

Thursday 19\.00pm\-06\.00am

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high\-quality, person\-centered care

  • Encouraging and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and reading

  • Promoting independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing

  • Responding to communication cues and building rapport

  • Experience and awareness of suctioning and tracheostomy would be preferable.
