MAM Care Services Ltd is a specialist provider of complex care services supporting children and young people with a wide range of healthcare needs within their own homes.

We are passionate about delivering safe, compassionate and person\-centred care and are looking for caring individuals who want to develop a rewarding career in complex healthcare.

No previous complex care experience is required as full training, supervision and competency sign\-off will be provided by MAM Care Services.

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £15\.00 per hour


• Night Shift: £18\.50 per hour


• Weekend Shift: £21\.00 per hour


• Bank Holiday Shift: £23\.40 per hour

The Role

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support children and young people with their clinical, personal and emotional needs within their own homes.

Following successful training and competency assessments, duties may include:

• Personal care and daily living support


• Supporting children with complex healthcare needs


• PEG and enteral feeding support


• Medication administration


• Monitoring and recording observations


• Supporting mobility and moving \& handling requirements


• Supporting play, learning and developmental activities


• Maintaining accurate care records


• Working closely with families and healthcare professionals


• Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times

Full Training Provided

Successful applicants will receive training and support in areas including:

• Safeguarding Children


• Moving \& Handling


• Medication Administration


• Infection Prevention \& Control


• Basic Life Support


• PEG Feeding


• Complex Care Skills


• Documentation \& Record Keeping


• Person\-Centred Care

Additional specialist training may be provided depending on client needs.
