MAM Care Services Ltd is a specialist provider of complex care services supporting children and young people with a wide range of healthcare needs within their own homes.

No previous complex care experience is required as full training, supervision and competency sign\-off will be provided by MAM Care Services.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: £15\.00 per hour
- Night Shift: £18\.50 per hour
- Weekend Shift: £21\.00 per hour
- Bank Holiday Shift: £23\.40 per hour
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support children and young people with their clinical, personal and emotional needs within their own homes.
Following successful training and competency assessments, duties may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Supporting children with complex healthcare needs
- PEG and enteral feeding support
- Medication administration
- Monitoring and recording observations
- Supporting mobility and moving \& handling requirements
- Supporting play, learning and developmental activities
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times
Successful applicants will receive training and support in areas including:
- Safeguarding Children
- Moving \& Handling
- Medication Administration
- Infection Prevention \& Control
- Basic Life Support
- PEG Feeding
- Complex Care Skills
- Documentation \& Record Keeping
- Person\-Centred Care
