Assignment Description

We are now searching for an experienced person to lead the pre\-commissioning and completion, managing the subcontractor team and cooperating closely with the Client Operations and Pre\-comm team. The PIMS CMS is being set\-up, procedures are prepared and we are entering the execution phase of completion scope. There are however still some optimisations to be done on the schedule part of the pre\-comm

Precommissioning

• Leading pre\-commissioning execution on site, managing multi\-disciplinary team of client and Sub\-Contractors


• Handover management to Client at point of system MC


• Site coordination with regards to permits, personnel/other resources and SIMOPs


• Schedule and prioritisation to achieve handover to Client so that Client can commence Commissioning activities – reporting against schedule and ensuring resource availability


• Verification of sub\-system and system level scope completion within CMS to drive priorities according to schedule – both verifying and managing sub\-contractor to deliver construction completion, and conducting pre\-comm


• Management of vendor site services for discreet commissioning scope execution of specific equipment prior to MC


• Collaborate with Client Commissioning Manager, support Commissioning scope post MC handover of system


• Act as a site safety lead throughout project and specifically pre\-commissioning scope, coordinating with Client for livening up equipment and Pre\-Start Safety Reviews (HS5, prior to commissioning by Client)

• Management of the PIMS Completions Management System CMS through project phases (Construction \+ Pre\-Comm \= Mechanical Completion)


• Reporting of Completions Status using default reports


• Supporting/coordinating walkdowns and ensuring handovers are completed within the system – according to the handover documentation requirements
