We are looking for a motivated Compensation, Benefits \& HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team, who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility.
What you'll do
- Development and implementation of compensation policies, programs and processes
- Running the annual compensation processes in line with relevant regulations
- Performing job evaluations and participates in benchmark surveys
- Preparation of analyses and presentations for Nomination \& Remuneration Committee meetings
- Development, implementation and maintenance of benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance
- Maintenance of HR information systems and ensures high quality of HR data
- Monitoring HR information needs and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements
- Managing HR Controlling and defining and reporting of various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders
- Certified HR Specialist or Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required
- Possess a successful track record and work experience in Total Rewards
- Analytical skills and detail\-oriented
- In depth knowledge of remuneration regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English, German is a plus (written \& spoken)
- Hands\-on mentality
