Within Siemens Xcelerator Ecosystem and Marketplace, Marketplace Seller Success builds and scales an active Siemens Xcelerator seller ecosystem to drive seller growth, GMV, seller satisfaction and digital sales adoption. The team enables marketplace sellers through dedicated success management, benefits and rewards, thought leadership communities, and co\-sell motions.
We are looking for a technically minded Community Platform Manager to help build, operate, and scale the community platform foundation within the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace. This role manages the infrastructure, user experience, workflows, and integrations that enable professional community interaction across Learn \& Connect.

You will improve member journeys, connect the platform with relevant Siemens tools, and support webinar, event, content, lead, and matchmaking flows. Working with the Head of Learn \& Connect Community, community managers, Product, IT, Marketing Operations, and Digital Experience, you will make the community experience usable, measurable, and ready to scale.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Platform operations and user experience

  • + Manage community platform configuration, UI, core workflows, permissions, and feature settings across Learn \& Connect

+ Design and continuously improve user journeys for onboarding, discovery, engagement, content access, event participation, and matchmaking
+ Run structured testing and usability checks, and document platform requirements for prioritization with the Head of Learn \& Connect Community and connected teams
  • Integrations, data flows and lead management

  • + Coordinate integrations with CRM, lead management, marketing automation, webinar, analytics, and reporting toolsBuild and maintain lead capture, routing, and handoff workflows between the community platform and connected sales and marketing systems

+ Build and maintain lead capture, routing, and handoff workflows between the community platform and connected sales and marketing systems
+ Monitor data flow reliability and integration issues, routing technical fixes and maintaining process documentation for platform workflows and dependencies
  • Webinar, event and content infrastructure

  • + Set up technical infrastructure for webinars, virtual events, workshops, expert sessions, and content formats, supporting registration, access, and follow\-up flows

+ Implement platform structures that enable community managers to publish content, moderate discussions, and activate member interaction
+ Optimize event and content journeys with a marketing lens on engagement, conversion, and brand experience
  • Performance, analytics and cross\-functional delivery

  • + Track KPIs for usability, journey completion, feature adoption, lead routing quality, and event reliability, analyzing platform data and member feedback to drive optimization

+ Coordinate delivery closely with the Head of Learn \& Connect Community, community managers, Product, IT, Marketing Operations, and Digital Experience
+ Contribute roadmap input for new platform capabilities, automation options, and scalable community infrastructure

Your defining qualities

  • Education

  • + Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree is a plus

  • Experience \& Skills

  • + Several years of experience in technical marketing, marketing operations, platform operations, product operations, or digital experience roles, ideally with community or tech industry exposure

+ Hands\-on experience building, configuring, or scaling community, membership, engagement, webinar, or content platforms and their surrounding infrastructure
+ Comfortable working with integrations, APIs, CRM, lead management, marketing automation, analytics, and tracking logic (full\-stack engineering experience is not required)
+ Strong UX sensibility and technical marketing mindset, with the ability to translate user feedback, journey data, and business needs into practical platform improvements
  • Ways of working

  • + Hands\-on mindset, taking ownership for delivering high\-quality outcomes and contributing to an empowering team culture

+ Strong collaboration mindset across departments and organizational boundaries, adapting well to complexity and change with structure and pragmatism
+ Familiarity with technology company operating models is a plus, though not a requirement
  • Languages: High proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages such as German are a plus
