About Us

The Warm Up Studio is a private performance and longevity studio based just moments from Oxford Circus. We work with professionals, founders, creatives, cyclists, and individuals looking for a more focused and personalised approach to training.

Alongside one\-to\-one coaching, we offer small group sessions, a growing cycling community, freelance coach opportunities, and performance\-focused workshops and events.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual interested in business development, partnerships, community building, and brand growth.

The Role

This is a hands on opportunity to gain practical experience within a growing boutique wellness and performance business.

You will work closely with the founder and assist with:

• Building and developing corporate relationships around Central London


• Researching and reaching out to companies and potential partners


• Supporting events, workshops and community initiatives


• Assisting with lead generation and outreach


• Helping build and strengthen the Warm Up Studio brand


• Supporting growth of our cycling and performance communities


• Helping identify partnership opportunities with local businesses and brands


• Tracking outreach activity and growth opportunities

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication skills


• Is confident speaking with people


• Is organised and proactive


• Has an interest in wellness, fitness, sport, business or community building


• Has an entrepreneurial mindset


• Enjoys relationship building and networking


• Is comfortable taking initiative


• Is London\-based and comfortable with occasional face to face outreach

Experience is not essential. Attitude, initiative and willingness to learn are more important.
