As a Marketing Intern at SITS \| Traxion, you will explore how community marketing can contribute to our marketing and business goals. This is not just a research assignment \- you will also have the opportunity to put your ideas into practice by helping to build and activate a community. This could be your opportunity to go beyond theory and bring your ideas to life. You won't just research community marketing \- you will help create a real community that connects professionals in the IT and cybersecurity industry. By the end of your assignment, you'll leave behind something tangible: a community that exists, grows, and creates value.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Understanding what makes B2B communities successful.

  • Identifying the best platforms and approaches for community building.

  • Exploring how thought leaders can play a central role within a community.

  • Investigating how online and offline community activities can reinforce each other.

  • Defining how a community can support brand awareness, thought leadership, and business growth.
WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?
By the end of your internship or graduation project, you will have:
  • Researched how community marketing can be successfully applied within the B2B IT sector.

  • Developed a community concept, strategy, and activation plan.

  • Launched an online community.

  • Organized at least two small\-scale community events, such as meetups, roundtables, or knowledge\-sharing sessions.

  • Evaluated the results and provided recommendations for future growth.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • You are in an advanced stage of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial Economics, Digital Business, or a related field.

  • You are curious, proactive, and eager to explore new ideas.

  • You have an interest in marketing, communities, social media, or events.

  • You enjoy taking initiative and working independently.

  • An affinity with technology or IT is a plus, but not required.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Start date: September 2026 a minimum duration of 5 months

A challenging internship or graduation assignment with plenty of freedom and responsibility.

An internship allowance (€500 gross per month) based on a fulltime internship.
