Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) No Weekends!

Purpose of the Role
At PLATF9RM, we’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences. We’re searching for an enthusiastic, detail\-oriented, and people\-focused individual who likes working in a fast paced environment to be at the heart of the PLATF9RM community.
You’ll create a welcoming, inspiring atmosphere, supporting members with top\-notch service while driving revenue through tours, sales, and inductions. Operationally, you’ll keep our spaces running smoothly, ensuring they meet our high standards.

Role \& Responsibilities
- Community Engagement and Communication: Foster a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for our members, offices, and external visitors, delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations every single day. Proactively engage with the community, sharing updates on upcoming events and initiatives to inspire members to get involved and feel connected to something bigger
- Space Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring environment for everyone to enjoy. Ensure all shared spaces are tidy, functional, and reflective of the PLATF9RM brand ethos 24/7\. This includes making sure our kitchen areas are clean, tidy, and well\-stocked with utensils throughout the day
- Revenue \& Sales: Drive sales of offices, memberships, day passes, lockers, and meeting rooms. Conduct tours and member inductions, managing enquiries effectively to maximise conversion and retention
- Operational Excellence: Perform daily walk\-throughs to ensure the space meets our high standards. Execute thorough handovers for seamless day\-to\-day operations. Check inventory and supplies, ensuring refreshments and other amenities are fully stocked
- Feedback \& Improvement: Collect and store member feedback, using insights to continually enhance the member experience and inform future initiatives
- Exceptional Customer Service: A people\-focused mindset, where creating meaningful connections and putting customers at the heart of everything you do is key
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident in connecting with a variety of people, sharing information, and building relationships within the community
- Organisational Skills: Detail\-oriented and efficient at managing multiple tasks, ensuring everything is tidy, functional, and on\-brand
- Sales Experience: Comfortable leading tours, handling inquiries, and driving conversions to maximise membership, retention, and revenue
- Problem\-Solving Mindset: Able to think on your feet, resolve issues quickly, and keep operations running smoothly
- Proactive Initiative: A self\-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—you spot what’s needed and take action

Pay: £25,400\.00 per year
