Overview

Partners In Care (Nottingham) Limited are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Driver Carers.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by supporting them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

As a Driver Carer, you will travel to clients in the local community and provide essential care and support tailored to their individual needs.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with personal care


• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition


• Helping with mobility


• Supporting with medication and medication prompts


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Light household tasks


• Cleaning and shopping calls


• Travelling between clients’ homes within the local community

• Paid training and ongoing professional development


• Career progression opportunities


• A supportive and approachable management team


• Support from our Registered Manager, Care Coordinator, HR \& Finance Coordinator, HR \& Recruitment Coordinator and Head Senior Carer


• Uniform and PPE provided


• Block pay


• 25p per mile mileage allowance


• You may also be eligible to claim additional mileage tax relief from HMRC – we can provide guidance on this


• Workplace pension


• Local pick\-ups/drop\-offs where applicable


• A friendly and supportive working environment

• A caring, patient and respectful nature


• Good communication skills


• Reliability and a genuine commitment to making a difference


• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided


• A full driving licence and access to your own car is essential


• You must be able to work alternate weekends
