We are looking for caring, motivated and committed individuals to join our team. This role involves supporting adults with varying health needs including both physical and mental health to maintain their independence within their own homes, alongside providing person centred support/care for people living with dementia in our day centre

MAIN AIMS

a) To provide quality care and support to our service users in a manner which will maximise their quality of life

b) To give care delivery that is consistent with service users’ individual and agreed care plan.

c) To provide activities that promote independence, ensuring service users active participation, increase daily living skills, confidence and improved health and wellbeing

Job Types: Part\-time, Contract
Contract length: 14 months

Pay: £12\.71 per hour
