Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication administration following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Support patients with meal preparation, nutrition planning, and feeding as needed
- Engage in behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and emotional well\-being
- Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Take clients to appointments, errands, or social activities safely and responsibly
- Monitor health status, report changes to healthcare professionals, and assist with basic nursing tasks when appropriate
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to client interaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Pay: £12\.71\-£20\.06 per hour
