Access Your Care is a well\-established leading home care provider in North Somerset working with North Somerset Council to provide response based services across the county.
Our response teams work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing emergency support to clients around North Somerset. Based from our offices in Weston\-super\-Mare they regularly support clients with:
\- Personal care emergencies.
\- Assisting clients who have fallen using specialist equipment.
\- Attending non responses.
\- Administering first aid or taking observations to pass to our health partners.
\- Administering medication.
\- Nutrition and hydration support.
\- Using specialist equipment and correct manual handling procedures to assist clients who are less mobile.
\- Offering companionship, support and a friendly ear, giving clients social nourishment.
This is a full time position, with a fixed 2 week schedule. You will be working one in every two weekends and will work a mix across the following shifts:
\- Mornings – 07:00\-15:00
\- Afternoons – 14:30\-22:30
You would also be required to attend our week long classroom based induction which takes place at our offices and runs from Monday\-Friday, you would be paid for your attendance.

Financials:
\- Block paid shifts (paid an hourly rate from the start to the end of your shift including when travelling) something rarely seen in the social care sector. Worth up to £27,664\.00 per year if working 42 hours a week.
\-Double pay on Bank holidays, paid at £26\.60 per hour
\- Use of our company vehicles when on shift, and 45p per mile mileage paid to you when you use your own vehicle for work purposes.
\- A £1,000 joining bonus
\- Every six months you will get the proud to care bonus, paid to you for working for a North Somerset lead provider, worth up to £1,064\.00 per year if working full time.
\- Earn £250 for every employee referral you make, this is uncapped.
