We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and committed individuals to join our growing team as Community Care Assistants to work evening shifts. *Due to the nature of personal care and in accordance with genuine occupational requirements, this position is open to female applicants only.* *About the Role*
As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high\-quality care and support to services users in their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make a positive difference, helping services users maintain their independence while receiving the support they need with dignity and respect.
Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will deliver person\-centred care tailored to each individual's needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

- Midway
- Church Gresley
- Castle Gresley
- Hartshorne
As Bradcare continues to grow, opportunities may become available across additional areas within South Derbyshire and neighbouring communities. *Key Responsibilities** Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home
- Assisting with medication administration in accordance with training and company procedures
- Supporting meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Supporting individuals living with dementia and other complex needs
- Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements
- Reporting safeguarding concerns and changes in wellbeing promptly
- Delivering care in accordance with services users care plans and Bradcare's quality standards
