We are seeking a Communications Manager with transformation communications and engagement experience to support the rollout of a new operating model. Working closely with Clinical Directors, Transformation Directors, Project Managers, ICB counterparts, and key stakeholders, you will shape and deliver clear, timely messaging that ensures service users and those impacted by change are well\-informed, engaged, and supported.

You will collaborate across a broad network including the Marketing \& Communications Director, SYNLAB communications team, senior leaders, clinical leads across SYNLAB and MSE (Mid and South Essex), the Trust workforce and engagement workstream, and ICB leads and GP representatives, acting as a key link to drive effective communication and successful adoption of organisational change.

This will be a hybrid role, with a mix of remote working and time based in our London and Basildon (Essex) offices.

SYNLAB UK \& Ireland work closely with clinicians, hospitals, occupational health providers and clinical researchers to deliver comprehensive pathology services.

We thrive in diverse environments, which is mirrored in our workforce, clients, customers, suppliers, communities, and partners. Where appropriate and required, developing and delivering clinical webinars / events to keep impacted users abreast of changes

Building strong relationships and an understanding of the local landscape to ensure messages resonate appropriately
