<p><strong>Your Role as a Communication Planner</strong></p>
<p>You will join the Comms Planning team and become part of a client team where client briefings are transformed into strategic and tactical recommendations. You will be responsible for translating the “Why”, “How”, and “What” into execution, working closely with a great team of smart colleagues.</p>
<p><strong>What Will Your Mission Look Like?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Developing structured recommendations, making strategic decisions, and translating them into well-founded media plans: channel selection, budget allocation, media coordination, and synergies.</li>
<li>Leveraging consumer insights and data to refine planning and identify tactical and creative opportunities.</li>
<li>Defining measurable objectives and setting up a framework to evaluate campaign success.</li>
<li>Collaborating with creative teams, media experts, and clients to optimize recommendations and drive innovation.</li>
<li>Preparing clear and actionable briefs to ensure flawless execution.</li>
<li>Presenting and defending your plans to clients.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Native Dutch speaker with a solid foundation in French and English</li>
<li>Strong communication and project management skills</li>
<li>Broad media knowledge, with a preference for digital expertise</li>
