Communication Manager H/F

Paris College of Art, an entity of Paris University, is hiring a communications manager to design, implement and manage its visual communications and branding to support enrollment strategy. This is an operational role with leadership responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications \& Brand Management

· Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance PCA’s visibility to potential applicants and their families.

· Refine and maintain the brand identity of pca.paris.edu. to ensure consistency across all communication channels.

· Craft compelling, audience\-specific messaging.

· Ensure alignment of messaging with institutional goals by collaborating closely with admissions.

Team Leadership \& Management

· Supervise and mentor the Communications staff, including interns and work\-study students at PCA and CUPA to ensure alignment with strategic goals

· Delegate tasks effectively, overseeing project timelines, quality control, and content and brand consistency.

· Collaborate with external partners as needed, e.g. web developers.

· Implement content management best practices to streamline workflows and ensure efficient asset utilization.

Content Creation \& Marketing Materials

· Drive content creation across digital and print platforms, including email marketing, social media, print media, advertisement, and the website.

· Oversee the creation of recruitment materials, including brochures, print catalogues, and promotional items (e.g., pencils, tote bags, notebooks, etc.) based on admissions needs.

· Design and implement multimedia content production, including video, photography, and storytelling initiatives, to enhance recruitment and retention efforts.

Digital Strategy \& Asset Management

· Produce content for PCA’s websites, ensuring they remain engaging, user\-friendly, and aligned with recruitment priorities.

· Define and implement the social media strategy on different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

· Analyze performance across platforms (e.g. social media, website, Keystone) and optimize content to improve engagement, SEO, and conversion rates.

· Work with PCA admissions team to ensure all lead data is captured accurately in Slate CRM, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, creating reports when necessary

COMPETENCIES

Required

· Adobe Suite tools

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Management experience

Preferred

· Professional written and spoken French

· Experience with Slate CRM

· Understanding of the US education system

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Communications Manager works very closely with the PCA Director of Admissions and her team. The position reports to the ParisU President.
