Join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program
We are currently looking for an Internal communication Intern who will support the Internal Communication team for the Client Services Europe based in Brussels, reporting to the Learning Manager. The intern will be supporting the department and consequently the performance of our 4 Front Office teams for 15 countries.
This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship Program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next\-Gen talent.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication tools for Client Services staff (creation, organization, planification, update,...)
- Assist our internal communication coordinator (upload and create content on our Sharepoint and Knowledge tool in collaboration with our internal communication coordinator)
- Assist in creating internal communication materials: Internal Newsletter, revamping and updating our internal Sharepoint
- Creating and editing Internal video content to animate different tools and communication
- Assist in animating our knowledge tools during onboardings and trainings
- Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with the other departments.
- Adapt tools \& content according to strategy and priorities.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
- Available for a period of six months.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Canvas, Sharepoint knowledge is a plus).
- Extensive communication, presentation, and advanced organizational skills; ownership.
- Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
- Proactive and people oriented.
- Service minded and a team player.
