<p style="text-align: justify;">Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced and inspirational Commissioning Home Manager to join its client’s team and lead the launch of a brand-new, luxury care home in Bath.<br>This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-end care home from the ground up—building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional care in a purpose-built environment.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In this role, you will lead the opening and management of newly built care homes, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will engage with the community and apply strategic marketing to boost occupancy, particularly in luxury settings with predominantly private residents. Your responsibilities include fostering inspirational leadership, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining safeguarding protocols and best practices. A strong commercial awareness is essential, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and operational excellence.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">To be successful in this role, you must have:</p>

<li>Experience managing or opening a new build care home</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team development skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage luxury care homes with private residents</li>
<li>Excellent community engagement and marketing skills</li>
<li>Deep understanding of CQC compliance and safeguarding</li>
<li>A commercially driven approach with a focus on outcomes</li>
