Do you want to be our next Commissioning Engineer SAS?
As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for: Commissioning Engineer SAS in Bergen (Sandsli).
This is not a rotation.
Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life\-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities.
What will you be doing?
Develop commissioning procedures in the engineering phase
Participate in commissioning activities on Mongstad site in the commissioning phase
Cooperate with discipline engineers, suppliers and clients operation staff
Secure that the procedures are in accordance with the requirements
We think you should have:
Must have commissioning and completion experience within oil/gas offshore industry in Norway
Good knowledge in instrumentation, safety and automation systems
Solid experience working in DCP ProCoSys
Structured and detail\-oriented approach
Good multidiscipline understanding
Strong data handling and system skills
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Norwegian and English language skills
Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience within offshore commissioning work
