As a Commissioning Engineer – Electrical, you will be part of our Quality \& Commissioning team, applying your electrical expertise to ensure systems are properly installed, tested, and commissioned, while supporting the smooth and coordinated execution of all commissioning activities.

• Manage end\-to\-end commissioning activities for assigned electrical systems and packages, ensuring structured progression from construction completion through testing, energization, and final turnover


• Provide strong technical leadership in electrical engineering topics (HV/MV/LV power systems, distribution, protection, and controls), ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and project continuity


• Act as the primary point of contact for all electrical commissioning activities, coordinating closely with vendors, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders


• Develop and execute electrical commissioning strategies, including test procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), work packs, and detailed documentation aligned with project and compliance requirements


• Plan and manage electrical system sequencing, energization activities, LOTO/permit\-to\-work processes, and risk mitigation across complex power systems


• Lead electrical QA/QC activities and field execution, including inspections, walkdowns, punch list management, testing (e.g. power quality, protection, loop checks), and final system close\-out

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline


• 5\+ years of experience in electrical commissioning, preferably in data centers or missiong\-critical facilities


• Understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including HV/MV/LV power systems, AC/DC distribution, and load flow concepts


• Experience with electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and protection schemes


• Familiar with commissioning standards


• Fluency in French and English (B2 minimum)


• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
