We are currently recruiting chefs at a variety of levels to strengthen our brigade, including:

• Commis Chef


• Chef de Partie


• Senior Chef de Partie


• Sous Chef (depending on experience)


• Breakfast Chef (Part\-Time)

Opportunities are available from Commis Chef through to Sous Chef level, with pay and responsibilities reflecting experience and the role undertaken.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience and the role applied for, plus gratuities.
