Commercial Vehicle Leasing Consultant – Reading
We’re looking for driven, resilient sales professionals who want to earn big and build a long\-term career as a Commercial Vehicle Leasing Consultant.
This is a target\-driven sales role focused on selling vans and commercial vehicles. You’ll work mainly with inbound warm leads, website enquiries, and calls – converting them into loyal customers while delivering the best leasing deals on the market.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and web enquiries, turning leads into successful sales
- Negotiate with suppliers and finance partners to secure the best prices for customers
- Build rapport and long\-term relationships through confident, engaging conversations
- Work towards and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Provide a professional, consultative service that keeps customers coming back
- Proven sales experience – B2B, leasing, or automotive backgrounds all considered
- Confident communicator who can hold conversations and build trust easily
- Resilient, ambitious, and hungry to earn
- Quick thinker, IT literate, and able to use initiative
- Knowledge of leasing, vans, or finance is a bonus – but not essential
- Uncapped commission
- Hybrid working after 9 months (subject to KPIs and targets)
