<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and build your own business by establishing client relationships and filling their vacancies with top talent.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Consultancy: </strong>Deliver top-tier talent to clients while serving as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on their hiring needs.</li>
<li><strong>Client Acquisition: </strong>Actively seek out and establish new client connections through proactive phone outreach and networking.</li>
<li><strong>Candidate Sourcing: </strong>Identify, recruit, and qualify candidates to match client needs, and effectively present opportunities to them.</li>
<li><strong>Account Management: </strong>Develop and maintain relationships on the client and candidate side.</li>
<li><strong>Deal Negotiation: </strong>Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and candidates.</li>
<li><strong>Candidate Support</strong>: Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.</li>

<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Motivation and Ambition:</strong> You thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to grow.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> While sales experience is a plus, it is not required. Experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous.</li>
<li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is highly desirable. If not, minimum one year full time of relevant B2B sales or recruitment experience with near-native English proficiency is required.</li>
<li><strong>Location:</strong> You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate.</li>
